Can I bring my existing portfolio across?
Yes. Import properties, contacts, tenants, landlord links, tenancies, applicants, tasks and maintenance straight from a spreadsheet, using sample files to match your own columns. Anything that does not line up cleanly is held back for you to check rather than imported incorrectly.
Which compliance documents does Verixad track?
Gas Safety, EICR, EPC, fire risk assessments, legionella and Right to Rent, alongside any document type you add yourself. You decide which ones each property must hold, including rules that apply only to HMOs.
What happens when a certificate is about to expire?
It moves to expiring on your dashboard and appears in your morning email, so the renewal gets booked weeks ahead instead of being discovered the day after it lapsed. You only hear from us on the days something actually needs you.
Can I see what is missing across the whole portfolio?
