Verixad exists because letting teams needed one place to manage properties, documents and compliance — not a spreadsheet and a good memory.
Why we built this
Not a mission statement — an actual incident that cost a client money.
A letting agency we knew was fined for a lapsed gas safety certificate. Not because they ignored it — because it was one of several hundred documents sitting in a shared drive, and no one caught the renewal date in time. That's the entire reason Verixad exists: certificates and inspections shouldn't depend on someone remembering to check a spreadsheet.
So we built a system that keeps every certificate against its property, tracks each expiry date, and shows you what's expired or expiring on one dashboard — before it becomes a fine. That grew into somewhere agencies keep their properties, documents and day-to-day work too — because once the compliance data is in one place, the rest of the portfolio belongs there as well.
